Umi Shoes Review

Umi Shoes Review

Today's combined review is for some adorable shoes from Umi! (please note that this is a review only, not a giveaway)

Sharla: "I was so excited when I found out I would get to review a pair of Umi shoes! My eight year old has been asking when he gets a package and finally he got one! He was so excited when he opened them and has been wanting to wear them 24/7 ever since! (yep, even when he's sleeping. And just in case you're wondering about the rainbow wall, we're renting, not my choice) Unfortunately it's still a little too cold but very soon he'll be able to wear them as much as he wants. I knew just looking at their shoes online that they were good quality, but I was still pleasantly surprised when I saw them. These are honestly the best quality shoes I have ever had for my son! They're soft, comfy, real leather, and as my son said: "They're like a cushion." I can tell you, he will be wearing these wonderful sandals until they absolutely don't fit anymore. So now that you know how much we love them, you may want to know more about the company that makes them. Here's the scoop:"

"At Umi, we build real children's shoes. Not floppy leather slipper socks. And not miniature grown-up shoes. We know a lot about growing feet. Front to back. Side to side. Top to bottom. Umi shoes are designed with children's feet in mind. Around here we have some pretty high standards. We craft our shoes from the highest quality nappa and nubuck leather, with carefully constructed lasts. Our manufacturing process includes more than twenty quality control checks to ensure that every pair of shoes meets our standards. The result: Umi shoes are flexible, supportive, built to fit, and go the distance."

Katie: "Calvin wants to wear his non-stop too! I don't blame him, though, with how incredibly soft the leather is on his shoes. I think if Calvin could talk he would be saying the same thing as Sharla's little guy. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised he already is, just in his baby babble. Come to think of it, I'm pretty sure he said "Dang mom! These shoes are so comfy it's like walking on a cloud! Plus they make me look good! Not that I needed the help, but they just emphasize my already incredible looks *evil laugh*" Yes, I'm positive that's what he said when he said "Gooba do? Noe de la, mena da da. Da DA! *evil laugh*" That sounds the same right?

And Sharla isn't lying when she says they are high quality shoes. I was very impressed with the quality on these. The stitching is incredible and the materials are the best of the best. If you want to get your child some good shoes that will last and last, I would highly suggest heading on over to Umi and getting some of their shoes!"
