the neocube giveaway

Today's giveaway is for 10 Cube Tastic Value Packs from The NeoCube!
10 winners will each receive a Cube Tastic Value Pack! (arv $29.95 each)
Open Worldwide

Let's play a mindgame...

The NeoCube automatically gets me thinking about The Matrix and cerebral entertainment. (Unfortunately, it does not come with Keanu Reeves.) A distant relative of the Rubik's Cube, the NeoCube is not as rigid or structured as its predecessor. Instead of remaining in a uniform shape, the NeoCube allows itself to bended, molded, and reassembled to your heart's content. Its limitations are the spherical shape and not all the spheres are polar opposites.

So what are the benefits? The NeoCube alleviates stress due to its magnetic force and the fact that you can crush it and tear it apart and still seamlessly mend it. It is the perfect creative outlet and promotes innovation because there is no right way to use the NeoCube. The end result is all up to the user; after all, 216 unique spheres certainly allows for a crazy number of fun, geometrical shapes.

Moreover, the NeoCube stimulates both of the brain's hemispheres. The right side, which controls the left side of the body, is responsible for logic and language and the left side, which controls the right side of the body, is responsible for spatial abilities and visual imagery. Sure, the NeoCube might initially seem like homework but it's a highly enjoyable activity and is becoming a popular must-have-item (if YouTube videos and a plethora of websites dedicated to NeoCube tutorials are any indication of the rising NeoCube obsession).

More about the NeoCube: You could spend your entire life attempting to create every shape possible and still barely scratch the surface. This is partly to do with the unparalleled creative control that is afforded to you by your NeoCube. The 216 individual magnetic spheres that comprise your NeoCube can be arranged and rearranged to nearly any orientation.

Here's a clip from The NeoCube's video section, which shows the various ways the cube can be distorted and manipulated to create fun, new shapes:

I learned that if I had played with a NeoCube when I was younger, I'd have a better understanding of Geometry and Physics. ;-)

Neocube mini looks perfect for relieving stress during travel such as on a plane.

You say kids would love this but neodymium magnets can be very dangerous to children. The small pieces can be easily swallowed. One or two small magnets inside a child's intestines can cause serious problems.
